Welcome to ProductsPrepaid and ProductosPrepago. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.productsprepaid.com and www.productosprepago.com (the "Websites") and all products and services offered through them.

1. About Our Service

PrepaidProducts and ProductosPrepago are online retail platforms selling prepaid digital products worldwide: mobile airtime top-ups, digital gift cards, gaming credits, and utility bill payments. Products are delivered electronically and instantly through our integration with Reloadly (reloadly.com).

We operate as a reseller through the Reloadly platform. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• Product delivery is executed in real time through the Reloadly API
• We are bound by Reloadly's policies and network operator agreements
• Product availability and pricing are subject to change based on Reloadly's catalog
• We have no control over mobile operator policies, gift card issuer terms, or utility provider rules

2. Eligibility

By using our Websites, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of our services is prohibited by law
• You will use our services only for lawful purposes
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

Delivery times vary by product type:

• Mobile top-ups: Typically seconds to a few minutes
• Gift cards & gaming PINs: Typically instantaneous
• Utility payments: Typically 1–24 hours

If your order has not been delivered within 24 hours, contact info@productosprepago.com with your transaction reference number.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales of digital prepaid products are final. Please review our full Refund and Cancellation Policy for details. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• Digital products cannot be returned once delivered
• Completed transactions cannot be reversed by us or by Reloadly
• Refunds are only available in the limited circumstances described in our Refund Policy
• Contacting info@productosprepago.com is the correct first step for any transaction issue

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Websites or services to:

• Purchase products for resale or commercial redistribution without our written consent
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or purchase from our Websites
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with our security systems
• Submit false or fraudulent payment information
• File fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Engage in any illegal activity, money laundering, or terrorism financing
• Purchase products for a country or recipient subject to sanctions
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or evade account restrictions
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our platform or API integrations

All content on our Websites — logos, graphics, text, design elements, and software — is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Reloadly name and trademarks are property of Reloadly Inc. All other product names and brands (Amazon, Netflix, PlayStation, Xbox, Roblox, etc.) are property of their respective owners.

Our Websites and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Websites will be available at all times or free from errors
• Products will be delivered within any specific timeframe
• The results of using our services will meet your expectations
• Our systems will be free from viruses or other harmful components

All implied warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by contacting info@productosprepago.com.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or, where not permitted, to the courts of competent jurisdiction. Class action lawsuits are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of our Websites constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, which remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our Websites and supersede all prior communications and proposals.
