Refund & Cancellation Policy
Top-Ups and Digital Goods
Due to the immediate nature of digital goods delivery, all sales of airtime, data bundles, gift cards, and utility payments are generally final and non-refundable once the transaction has been successfully processed by our providers.
Wrong Destination Numbers
If you accidentally top-up the wrong phone number, we are unable to reverse the transaction. The credit is instantly applied to the account entered. Please always double-check the recipient's information before confirming your purchase.
Failed Transactions
If our system charges your credit card but fails to deliver the top-up or gift card (e.g. due to a carrier outage or API error), your transaction will be marked as failed. In these scenarios, the authorized hold on your credit card is automatically voided and reversed. Depending on your bank, this can take 3-5 business days to reflect on your statement. You do not need to contact us to initiate a refund for failed transactions.
Disputes and Exceptions
If you believe there was a genuine system error that warrants a manual review, please reach out to our support team via the Contact Us page within 48 hours of the transaction. We will investigate the logs with our telecom provider. Manual refunds, if granted, will be processed back to the original payment method.
