Products We Sell

PrepaidProducts offers the following digital products, delivered instantly upon payment confirmation:

  • Mobile airtime top-ups & data bundles — sent directly to a phone number
  • Digital gift cards — codes delivered by email (Amazon, Netflix, and more)
  • Gaming credits & PIN codes — delivered by email (PlayStation, Xbox, Roblox, and more)
  • Utility bill payments — processed directly with the service provider

All products are fulfilled in real time through our integration with Reloadly (reloadly.com), a global API provider for digital goods.

How to Place an Order

  1. Select a product and enter the recipient's details (phone number, email, or account number).
  2. Review the order summary — product, amount, and recipient information.
  3. Confirm payment through our secure gateway (Stripe or MercadoPago).
  4. Your order is transmitted to Reloadly instantly upon payment confirmation.
  5. You will receive an order confirmation email with your transaction reference number.

Important:Always double-check the recipient's phone number, email address, or account number before confirming. We cannot retrieve or redirect a delivery once it has been sent.

Delivery Times

  • Mobile top-ups: Typically seconds to a few minutes (depends on the operator)
  • Gift cards & gaming PINs: Typically instantaneous
  • Utility payments: Typically 1–24 hours

If your order has not been delivered within 24 hours, contact us at info@productosprepago.com with your transaction reference number.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways (Stripe and MercadoPago). All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. We do not store your card information on our servers.

Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled or reversed once processing has begun. Refunds may only be considered in the following limited situations:

  • You were charged but the product was never delivered (confirmed by our system and Reloadly)
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error
  • You received a different product or denomination than what was shown at checkout due to a system error on our part
  • Your account was used without your authorization (subject to investigation)

Refunds are not issued for wrong recipient details entered by the customer, change of mind, or already-redeemed gift card codes. To request a refund, email info@productosprepago.com within 72 hours of the transaction. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Account & Security

You must create an account to purchase products. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately at info@productosprepago.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We use bcrypt password hashing and secure server-side session management to protect your account.

Privacy & Data

We collect only the information needed to process your orders and manage your account. We do not sell your personal data. Card data is never stored on our servers. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
